Returns and Refunds

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return it in an unworn condition as it was received within 15 days of receipt (with all packaging including the shoe box, cardboard inserts and tissue) and we will refund the price paid for the product. This will not include postage costs.

To make a return, please complete the enclosed return note and post the goods and note, clearly labelled to the address below. We recommend using a tracked service as we will not be liable for goods lost in transit. Alternatively, we are happy to accept web sale returns directly to either store and our web team will process the refund which may take upto 10 days to appear in your account.

Once your goods are received a full refund will be processed for the cost of your goods. Please note if goods are returned in a condition we deem unsuitable for re-sale we reserve the right to impose an appropriate charge. It may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
